Carne de Cerdo a la Plancha (Grilled Pork)

3 lbs boneless pork tenderloin (about 1/4 inch thick)

2 large lime or lemon (juice)

6-8 garlic cloves (chopped)

¼ cup sour orange or vinegar

¼ cup olive oil

1 tsp cumin (ground)

1 tbsp parsley (chopped)

½ tsp black ground pepper

1 tsp salt

In a mixing bowl, add the cumin, pepper, parsley, lime juice, sour orange juice, oil and salt. Rub the pork pieces with the garlic and place them in the bowl. Coat them well with the mixture. Cover, refrigerate and let it marinade for about 4 hours. Heat the grill pan or outside grill on medium. Remove pork from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes, or until pork is no longer pink in the inside or center. Serve.
