Ensalada de Pollo (Chicken Salad)


2 cups of chicken breast (cooked and shredded)

1 can of black beans (drained and washed)

1 avocado (peeled and diced)

1 head of lettuce (chopped)

3 tbsp of olive oil

1 red onion (chopped)

2 tbsp of lime juice

1 clove of garlic (minced)

salt and pepper to taste


In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
